Horse riding in the wintertime at Gleneden Ridge farm.

Gleneden Ridge Farm has been around since the late 1930's. Of course, it's changed a lot since then, however, it's rustic roots have not changed. We try to keep a little of that authentic, old-time charm alive today in what we do here; the ambience, the view, everything!

Enjoy the rustic farm lifestyle of the Shuswap.

Taking a holiday at our farm means you're seeing the BC country lifestyle at it's most honest. We have horses, goats, ducks and chickens (fresh eggs every day!) roaming free. And we can organize all kinds of fun activities, both here on the farm and in the region.

And if you want, why not bring your own horses and explore the trails around us; talk to us about our bed and bale options.

Also, coming soon, Gleneden Ridge Farm will be opening as a petting farm; watch here for further details!

We are ideally situated for you to explore the entire Thompson-Okanagan region of BC, and further afield if you wish. The Canadian Rockies, Okanagan Lake, the BC Interior, and the Sun Peaks & Silver Star Ski Resorts are all within easy reach.

There are also several points where you can cross in to the US within a few hours drive. To the South, you can drive through the Okanagan to Osoyoos and cross into the US, giving you access to Eastern Washington and Montana, or you can travel South-West across the Coquihalla to the Fraser Valley towards Vancouver and cross into Washington at Abbotsford, where the port of Bellingham and the bustling city of Seattle are just half-a-day away.

Take a look at our Places and Activities page to find out more of what goes on around here, and check out the Cities and Regions page to find out more about the regional areas around us.

We try and make your visit as comfortable as possible. We want you to come back, and to tell your friends and family about us. If there's anything you need, just ask!
